An IP address is the unique identifier that routes your emails to the recipients. A Private IP address is your own private unique identifier. These IP's have never been used before, and therefore don't run the risk of being blacklisted by any of the internet service providers. By
using them, our clients start with a clean slate and become accountable for their own IP's activity. Other email companies share IP addresses between their clients which can cause
an issue with being blacklisted.
The problem with shared IP’s is that one customer may cause complaints which would
make some internet service providers quickly blacklist the shared IP. This would cause
all emails coming from that shared IP to be blocked by the ISP, even those being sent from
a different customer.
